Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors® (FGCAR) is a commercial overlay board of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR). Our mission is to provide CRE professionals a source of specialized expertise and ethical accountability in the field of commercial real estate.

Our association is governed through the Bylaws and Core Standards set down by NAR. The members of our board of directors are required to be current Primary or Secondary members in good standing of NAR through FGCAR.
