Tom Brubaker moved to Tampa in 1992 from Toledo, Ohio to open a real estate appraisal firm, and kept the business running until 2010 when the government regulated appraisal firms. Tom opened TAMBAY Commercial, and later TAMBAY Mergers & Acquisitions. Both firms compliment each other as they sometimes overlap. Tom has been a board member of FGCAR for 7 years.

John is the President and CEO of John Burpee Associates and has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, development, property management and ownership. Over his career, John has brokered over 900 Million of investment real estate throughout Florida He is widely recognized as the premier expert commercial brokerage services in Tampa Bay and throughout Florida & regularly consults with national investment firms, financial institutions and private investors on acquisition, disposition and development matters.

John was recognized by the local commercial real estate board as the 1 top producing broker in the Tampa Bay area in General Commercial and Investment sales between 2002-2022
